Wilderness
tripping is an essential part of Ogichi Daa Kwe. In the midst of the
wilderness, we are humbled by the vast power of nature. Participants
are able to discover their strengths and areas of challenge within the
support of closely formed groups. While on the trek, there is an inner
strength that comes when you have a sense of being a part of something
so much bigger than yourself; when you surrender to the beautiful
connectedness of all things.
Trips vary in length and distance depending on the program. LDACs/CITs 14-10 day journey Campers 10 day journey Short Session/College Trips 7 days Adult Trips 7-3 day journey
Where do we go? Most
of our trips paddle through the pristine north woods of western
Ontario, Canada. Chickadees venture into Minnesota's Voyageur's
National Park.
